GAME WEEK!!!!
Here are 3 different games for you to play at home this week!  You will need to print off the memory card game and make a couple of copies to make the game last longer.



For this game, you will need 3 dice (or 1 dice and roll it 3 times!!!).  If you do not have a dice at home you might need to make one!

there are two dice to choose from or why not do both?
Print them off, make the dice then roll them and do the activity, make sure that if doing the balance dice that you hold the pose for 30sec. Have fun!





Make a log of all the types of fitness you do everyday! Use the template below or make your own to see how active you are this week! Examples of fitness can be walking with your family, GoNoodle dances or biking. You can take photos or draw yourself being active!




Daily fitness challenge!

This week you have a 100-second challenge.  If this is too long you can shorten it to a minute (60 seconds).  On Monday count how many jumping jacks you can do in 100 seconds and record your result.  Repeat for all of the activities 2-7.  On Tuesday challenge your self to see if you can do more reps than the day before!  I wonder how many of each you can do by Friday?



Another activity you could do is make activity cards.  Print them or draw them and cut them out.  Randomly select 5 cards to do in order.  Challenge your parents or siblings to do the activities.  Get someone to pull out 5 random cards for you to do!







 






TRACKS Can you make a chalk or tape track or an obstacle track somewhere in or around your house?  How many different exercises can you include?

Use the letters of your name to make your work out routine.  
If you need more of a challenge repeat your name 3 times or use your first and last name.  Challenge your mum, dad and siblings to do their names too.

Neighbourhood walk with your family 'bubble'

A new trend is taking over our house windows.  In response to all that is happening, people all over New Zealand are placing teddy bears in their windows to help make our little kids smile. A walk outside with your family is an ideal way to get some fresh air over the weeks ahead.  How many bears can you spot in your neighbourhood?
